    Is everything gluten free?

    Yes, we have a gluten free kitchen. Everything we make is gluten free!

    What is your gluten free flour mixture?

    Sweet rice, brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, tapioca flour and xanthan gum.

    Do you offer dairy free items?

    Yes, most items can be made dairy-free upon request. Roasted pecans are prepared with olive oil and are therefore dairy-free too. **Strawberry Jewel Cookies can NOT be prepared dairy-free.**

    Where do you get your pecans?

    Our pecan orchard in Metter, Georgia has been in the family since the 1800’s!

    Do you have an ALLERGEN Statement?

    YES, see each product's ingredient list. | We use dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and soy in a few of our products. | We use grass-fed butter for our icing and shortbread crusts. | We use pastured/free range eggs. | We use soy in the Triple Chocolate Pies. It is in the chocolate cookie crust. | We use tree nuts (pecans) only in Pecan Pie Bars & Raw or Roasted Pecans. | We clean and sanitize after cooking with tree nuts.
